Together, we have much to celebrate about the Schuylkill River, and you're an important part of our community!
We therefore welcome you to join the City of Philadelphia and Schuylkill Navy of Philadelphia on Wednesday, May 1st at Lloyd Hall (1 Boathouse Row) as Mayor Jim Kenney makes an announcment regarding the Schuylkill River Dredge Project.
All rowers, paddlers, friends/alumni/parents of programs, and fans of the Schuylkill River and Fairmount Park are invited to gather at 9 am, with remarks to begin at 9:30 am.
Please RSVP and help spread the word by encouraging others to do so as well. Parking will be available on Kelly, Waterworks, and Sedgley Drives...Please plan accordingly for potential high volume of cars. A brief reception will follow inside Lloyd Hall.
Last note....fundraising to to close the remaining gap to fund the project continues at www.boathouserow.org/dredge ! Donating is fast, easy, secure, and tax deductible; and, all contributors are invited for inclusion in our Honor List of Donors.
